DELIVERIES & RETURNS
1. DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK
All orders made on www.shopm2m.com (Man to Man Southport Ltd) are dispatched from the UK. Deliveries are made to the delivery address given at the time of order. Customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring accuracy of the information provided.
1.1 Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control (see 6.2 under Terms & Conditions)
1.2 You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing. However, we will make like for like replacements if a delivery goes missing due to the fault of a 3rd party (i.e courier) after a sufficient time period has elapsed and after you agree to assist us in any further investigations for compensation from a 3rd party.
1.3 We do not deliver to any PO boxes
1.4 Free standard delivery is only applicable for orders over £50.00 (UK only).
1.5 We offer Free Store Collection from our shop Man to Man which is located at 401-403 Lord Street, Southport, PR9 0AG. To select this option press “Pick Up” in the delivery section at check out. Your parcel is usually ready within 2-4 days. Please have your order number available on collection.
1.6 All orders under £50.00 will be charged £3.95 (Incl VAT) for postage within the UK.
1.7 Deliveries are made by DPD which are tracked and requires a signature on arrival.
1.8 No orders are processed or delivered on weekends or bank holidays . Deliveries can take between 3-5 working days.
2. DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK
2.1 We can offer International delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please contact us via email info@shopm2m.com to obtain an accurate quote for delivery.
2.2 Ordering products for International delivery:
· Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes;
· You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and
· If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the correct return address as stated on the returns form
3. RETURNS
Our returns policy applies to all purchases made to www.shopm2m.com (Man to Man Southport Ltd).
3.1 You can return products within 28 days after the dispatch date. Returns are accepted providing that the product is in its original condition, unworn with all labels and tags still attached.
3.2 Man to Man Southport Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of your return. This must be covered by you the customer. You will be refunded based on the cost of the product.
3.3 Please complete the returns form provided and enclose this within your parcel. Please ensure the parcel is clearly labelled with our return address : Man to Man Southport Ltd, 401-403 Lord Street, Southport, PR9 0AG, England, UK. We advise using a tracked & signed for delivery service as we are not responsible for the return of any items.
If you wish to return your order, please ensure that your return is carefully packaged - packages which are received in an unacceptable condition will be returned to sender.
· (i) Please complete the returns form enclosed within your package, identifying the reason code for returning your purchase. (It helps to improve our customer service!)
· (ii) Your Order Number & date, which can be found on your confirmation email.
· (iii) The reasons for your return.
If you return your package without completing the returns form we will be unable to process your refund.
We recommend that you retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right the refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
4.0 REFUNDS
4.1 We aim to refund your item within 5 working days (not including day of receipt) Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email notifying you. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account. We will refund you using the same method originally used for your purchase. Please note evenings, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
4.2 You will receive an email once your refund has been processed, please check your current and junk mailboxes.
4.3 In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
4.4 Please track your order to make sure it has reached us before contacting, please only use one method of contact otherwise this will slow the process down.
